Get to know your
wedding items

  • The most important sign you will need for your wedding are Welcome Sign and Bar Menu Sign.

    First impression matters and the first thing your guest sees is the Welcome Sign and every Bar needs a Bar Menu Sign, as guests are always looks for what the drinks are available.

    Both signs are automatically included in our design process.

    Other signs you can include are:
    Cards & Gifts Signs, Guestbook Sign, In loving Memory Sign, Unplugged Ceremony Sign, and Order of Events Sign

  • The second thing your guests looks for is the Seating Chart. This help guides your guests to their tables and navigate through the reception.

    This is typically best placed at the entrance where all your guest arrives. It can either be partnered with the Welcome Sign or in a different location

  • The most important items to have for your Day-Of Stationery are Table Numbers and Place Cards. After guests navigate through the Seating Chart, the next thing they will look for is their table location and which seat are they placed at.

    Menu Cards are useful for guests to know their food options and also add to the overall design aesthetic.

  • The most important above all are stands and easels. We can create all the beautiful signs, seating charts and stationery but none of them would matter if we have no place to display them.

    We always consider our stands and easels in mind during the design process but we do encourage our clients to check our rentals if there is a specific one they would like to use.

How it Works

  • We encourage you to start gathering up ideas and inspirations for your ideal wedding design, either through Pinterest Pin Boards or Canva Mood Boards or collections of screenshots.

    The more visuals you have ready, the better we can get an idea of what your style is.

  • It’s always encourage to reach out as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your wedding date and it also give up plenty of time to capture the right design for you.

    It may take us about 3-5 business days to respond back during peak wedding season (May-July)

  • If our schedule aligns with your wedding date, we will set up a meet and greet, either in-person or through a video call. Our purpose is to connect with our couple so we can capture the right design for them and let them share in-depth of what their visions are.

  • Ones we’ve gotten an idea of what you’ll need for your wedding, we will create an initial pricing and may vary overtime as we go through the design process. To get started with the design process you will need to finalize your booking by providing a non-refundable deposit.

    Our deposit helps us start gathering the supplies we will need to start working on your items. Now let us work on your design mockups until we reach the right vision for you.

  • You are booked and all that’s left is to let us work on your wedding items, then you can relax until your next mockup arrives. We will be in constant contact making sure we covered everything that needs to be done.
