What’s included in an invitation

The most important cards to have in your invitation is the Formal invitation and RSVP card BUT it’s always best to add include important details for your guest to know for your wedding.

  • Bride & Groom’s formal invitation card for guests that includes the date, time and location of ceremony

  • Save the Date cards are sent to announce your wedding date and give your guests plenty of time to plan ahead. They’re especially helpful for destination weddings or events with out-of-town guests.

  • This consists of all important detail information for your guest to know on your wedding day. Things to consider on your detail card:

    • Attire/Colour Palette

    • Accommodations

    • Dietary Information

    • Transportation

    • Directions to Venue (if needed)

  • Reservation Card should indicate how many reserved spots you have allocated for your guest to avoid any potential additional guest

  • If you are planning to send your invites through mail we can have the address printed directly on the envelope or upgrade with a beautifully hand-lettered in calligraphy

  • The most popular request for invitations is to include a custom illustration of the venue’s building or landscape—it's the perfect way to highlight your wedding location

  • The best way to share your full schedule with guests, including events leading up to or after your wedding, is by including a detailed event timeline card with your invitation suite.

Our semi-custom invitation are able to match the wording, colour palette, paper type, and embellishment that best suit your wedding theme. A digital proof will also be provided so you are able to finalize the design before going in to production.

Process

To ensure a seamless design process for your custom invitations, you’ll work directly with me to create the perfect stationery suite while we handle all the important details. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

INQUIRE & BOOK

Request for a Proposal and complete the form. We suggest to reach out 2-3 months before you plan to mail your invitations. This allows us time to nail the right design that matches your vision and to produce your order.

DESIGN

Enjoy unlimited revisions until a certain date to allow us time to produce your invitation. A digital mock-up will be provided on all your revision, so you get the chance to see the final design before working on the physical item. We offer physical sample proof of your final invitation.

PRODUCTION

We will print and assemble your invitation to ensure that each one is perfectly handled with care.
